The bottle contained “Malaga” fruit wine, which was produced by B. Mandel’s company and bottled by Pesach Holländer’s wine warehouse. Pesach Holländer ran a bottling company and wine warehouse in Oświęcim on Kolejowa Street. For many years, he also was a member of the Oświęcim Town Council and belonged to the town’s elite. He was the son of the local rabbi. He died in 1936.
