The object is a large traveling suitcase. The suitcase is comprised of cardboard, a wooden frame, a mock-leather exterior held on by metal buttons and a paper-lined interior. The corners of the suitcase are made round with the attachment of leather corner pieces (of which one is missing). Two metal closures are located on the front of the case on either side of a metal and leather handle.
